Q: Can I wear my jewelry in the shower?

A: To ensure longevity, it is recommended that jewelry is not worn in the shower, pools, etc. 

Q: I have received a tracking number but my order doesn't seem to be moving, what does this mean?

A: If you receive a tracking number that means your shipping label has been printed and your order is in the process of being made. If an abundant amount of orders have been placed at the same time as you, your order will be placed in a small fulfillment group. Once all orders in your group are completed, your package will be sent to a post office then shipped to you.

Q: Am I able to adjust the size of my waist bead?

A: Lobster clasp waist beads come with a 2 inch extension chain that allows you to adjust the size. On the other hand, permanent tie-on strands are a fixed size and non adjustable so be sure to put a comfortable size when purchasing.
