Your intentions will be combined with my creativity to create a unique piece, made special just for you and your journey.

As you fill out the form below, please be sure to include:

- adornment type (bra, necklace, waist bead, etc.)

- proper sizing (waist size, choker length, ring size etc.)

- the type of energy you want to attract on your journey

- any specific colors, gemstones, charms, or patterns that you'd like me to include

In response, I will send you 3 different layouts to pick and choose from. Then, an invoice will follow after we settle on the perfect design.
